Dev Decks is an AI-powered pitch deck builder that generates custom-coded slide presentations from your website and brand information.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Your content — You retain ownership of the website content, brand assets, and text you provide to the Service.
Generated decks — Pitch decks generated by the Service are yours to use, share, and modify for any purpose.
Service license — You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Dev Decks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
